Our Actogel® PPBS (Plant Protein Binding System) is a multifunctional binding and texture system for plant-based protein products made from hydrated TVP. It provides cold-binding allowing for forming or stuffing as well as thermal gelling during cooking and reheating for optimizing texture. Actogel® PPBS is extremely versatile and can be used to create a variety of products such as patties, nuggets, meatballs, sausage links & patties, crab cakes and more.
ReadiCream® ND is a non-dairy, dry heavy cream replacer. It is a perfect choice for creating non-dairy cream-based soups, sauces, dips or dressings. It provides a creamy mouthfeel, a clean dairy flavor and excellent heat, emulsion and freeze-thaw stability. ReadiCream® ND hydrates easily in ambient water and requires no additional ingredients.
